🏠 Main

  1. Ignorance of the server rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
  2. The administration keeps a history of server logs.
  3. By registering on the server, you automatically agree to the server rules.
  4. The administration has the right to punish a player for a reason not specified in these server rules.
  5. The administration has the right to change these rules without the knowledge of the players.
  6. Responsibility lies solely with the account owner, regardless of who performed actions under this account.
  7. In case of a ban or anything else, donation money is not refunded.
  8. A player must provide evidence of another player's violation to our Telegram punishment channel (t.me/mczone_push) within 3 hours from the moment the punishment was issued to that other player.
  9. All evidence is valid only if it was posted in the Telegram punishment channel ( t.me/mczone_push ) in the COMMENTS under your player's punishment. What you sent, for example, to a helper in private messages or simply in the chat of the Telegram punishment channel, will not be considered valid.
  10. The helper and the project team (mc-zone.org/team) of the server have the right to ask for evidence of a player's violation earlier than 3 hours. Refusal may be regarded as a violation of rule 4.2.
  11. The duration of a player's punishment for their violation depends on the severity of their violation. For example: a player wrote two swear words - a mute for 5 minutes or a kick. A player frequently uses swear words - a mute for 15-20 minutes. And all other punishments for violating other server rules follow this principle.
  12. If the violator was punished for a lesser, insignificant time (for example, the rules specify a ban for 2 days, but the violator was banned for only 1 day 12 hours), and this time does not exceed the time limit specified in the server rules, then this is not considered a violation of rule 4.2. If a player banned a violator, for example, for 5 minutes or 30 minutes, then this can be considered a violation of rule 4.2.
  13. When muting/banning, the punishment period must be specified in minutes. Below is a list of how many minutes to specify when a player violates a particular rule:
    • 1h — 60 minutes
    • 3h — 180 minutes
    • 6h — 360 minutes
    • 12h — 720 minutes
    • 1d — 1440 minutes
    • 1d 12h — 2160 minutes
    • 2d — 2880 minutes
    • 3d 12h — 5040 minutes
    • 4d — 5760 minutes
    • 5d — 7200 minutes
    • 7d — 10080 minutes
  14. Evidence of a player's violation is valid only during the current wipe. (For SkyWars servers, the validity period of evidence is 3 months from the moment the violation was recorded).
  15. All evidence (photo/video) of a player's violations must be a full screenshot/video without cropping or other things. The photo quality must be good and readable, the video quality must be at least 480p. The duration of one video evidence must not exceed 5 minutes. In any other cases, the evidence is considered invalid.
  16. 1 situation / 1 violation = 1 player punishment. If a player violates the same rule several times, then accordingly their punishment is multiplied by the number of rule violations. For example, a player banned other players without reason 5 times, his ban time will be multiplied by 5 times. 2 days * 5 times = 10 days ban. Or, a player violated rule 1.12 in one situation towards Player #1 = 1 violation. After some time, either again towards Player #1 or towards Player #2 = 2 different situations, 2 violations.
  17. The project team (mc-zone.org/team) may not provide evidence (proof) for punishing a player to the public. Everyone else, who is not on the project team, must, on an equal basis with other players, provide evidence when punishing a player. Violation may result in punishment under rule clause 4.2.
  18. If a player makes a mistake in the nickname or reason when kicking/muting/banning, they must immediately (for players with donation from Ultimate/GoodMan - up to 3 min., for everyone else - up to 10 min.) lift the mute/unban the mistaken player and issue the punishment anew. As proof of the mistake, the player must send to the Telegram punishment channel under their kick/mute/ban post, evidence (proof) showing the violation of the correct player, not the mistaken one. If this is not done = 4.2.
  19. Official helpers (project team) are those listed in the Project Team on the website mc-zone.org/team
  20. If a player's punishment is lifted without reason (rule clause 4.1) ahead of time, this will be considered a violation of rule clause 4.2. Also, the player from whom the punishment was lifted will be punished again for the same duration under the rule clause they violated earlier.

🗨️ 1. Server Rules

  1. Profanity, insulting/insulting players' relatives in a rude manner is prohibited. Punishment — kick/mute up to 20 min. (Players with immunity are punished with a ban up to 35 min.)
  2. Writing in caps in large quantities (writing all words in capital letters) is prohibited. Punishment — kick/mute up to 15 min.
  3. Advertising/inviting/mentioning third-party resources not related to our project is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
    • It is forbidden to have a nickname and indirectly or directly speak or mention your nickname if it contains third-party resources not related to our project. Punishment - permanent account ban.
    * If a player simply has a nickname that contains third-party resources not related to our project, without mentioning or calling other players' attention to their nickname - there is no violation of clause 1.3.* Advertising chats, groups, etc. on the topic of MCZone is also prohibited. Mentioning/links are allowed only if it was mentioned or is present in the official VKontakte group (vk.com/mczonepe) and the group description contains links to other sources.
  4. Spam/flood (more than 3 identical messages) is prohibited. Punishment - kick/mute up to 20 min. (Players with immunity are punished with a ban up to 45 min.)
    • If a player violates this rule more than 3 times within 1 hour. Punishment - account ban for 3 hours.
  5. Insulting the project is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 2 days.
  6. Threats of the following type are prohibited: "if you don't give items, you'll be banned", "give 100 coins or ban" etc. Punishment - account ban 6h.* It is allowed to warn a player about their punishment by ban/mute/kick, if the reason for the punishment from the server rules is stated to them.
  7. Disseminating information about server bugs, cheats, third-party software is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
  8. It is forbidden to give false information if it is not stated in our social networks VKontakte, Telegram, Discord. (when there is a wipe, wipe soon, that the server is about to close, writing that you are the project administration, etc.). Punishment - account ban for 2 days.
    • It is forbidden to mislead players, for example, writing in the donor chat that someone logged into the server with a non-existent donation, etc.
  9. (for SkyWars) Teaming up with other players is prohibited. Punishment - 1 kick with a warning, then account ban for 2 days. (7 days for GoodMan).* If the player is not online on the server, immediate account ban for 2 days. (7 days for GoodMan).
  10. Discussing politics, insulting nationality, inciting conflicts (including in a veiled form) is prohibited. Punishment - kick/mute up to 20 min. (Players with immunity are punished with a ban up to 50 min.)
  11. Mentioning relatives (moms, dads, sisters, brothers, etc.) for the purpose of insulting them/humiliating their dignity in any form (including veiled) is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 2 days.
  12. Asking players to lift a mute/ban from an account on the server is prohibited. Punishment - kick/mute up to 20 min. (Players with immunity are punished with a ban up to 50 min.)
    • It is forbidden, under any false pretext, to ask for the password to an account on the server. Punishment for violating this sub-clause is a permanent account ban.
  13. Deliberately inciting players to violate server rules is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 1 day.

🐞 2. Third-Party Software

  1. Use of textures or bugs that give an advantage over other players is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.* HitBox and displaying another player's armor are allowed only if they are not visible through a wall, Night Vision is allowed.
  2. Mods/cheats for flight, killaura (aimbot), high jump, etc. are prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.

📱 3. Account Usage

  1. Selling/exchanging in-game items, accounts, and in-game currency for real money or server coins is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
  2. Transferring the account to third parties (brothers and sisters are allowed only FROM your own phone) is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
  3. Having clans similar to the administration (e.g., adm, admin, moderator, helper, op, etc.) is prohibited. Punishment - 2 kicks with a warning to delete the clan, then account ban for 2 days.* If the player is not online on the server, immediate account ban for 2 days.
  4. Having a nickname that contains political words and insults to nationality, as well as a clan/region that contains offensive words, advertising, profanity, words of an explicit pornographic or provocative nature is prohibited. Punishment - 2 kicks with warnings, then account ban for 1 day.* If the player is not online on the server, immediate account ban for 1 day.
  5. Having a skin/cape of an explicit pornographic or provocative nature is prohibited. Punishment - 2 kicks with warnings to change the skin/cape, then account ban for 1 day.* If the player is not online on the server, immediate account ban for 1 day.
  6. Having a skin smaller than 3 pixels + 4D/5D skins that give an advantage in PvP is prohibited. Punishment - 2 kicks with warnings to change the skin, then account ban for 1 day.* This rule clause applies on the PvP arena (/pvp).* If the player is NOT in PvP mode and NOT on the PvP arena, then this rule clause does not apply to them.* An advantage from 4D/5D skins is considered if the skin is too large and it is impossible/difficult to hit based on its hitbox.* If the player is not online on the server, immediate account ban for 1 day.

⚠️ 4. Punishment Rules

  1. Lifting an already active player punishment for no other reason is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 2 days. (4 days for Ultimate)./donation rank demotion.
    • Mute without reason - account ban for 12 hours./donation rank demotion.
    • Kick without reason - account ban for 1 day./donation rank demotion.
    • Ban without reason - account ban for 2 days. (4 days for Ultimate)./donation rank demotion.
    * Issuing punishments to oneself is considered a violation of rule clause 4.2.

📋 5. Other Rules

  1. Griefing is prohibited, namely:
    • Destroying other people's houses, blocking access to structures/houses. (This sub-clause does not apply on Anarchy servers with ports: 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143).
    • Deceiving players for the purpose of killing. (This sub-clause does not apply on Anarchy servers with ports: 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143).
    • TPing to a player with the intent to kill using the /tpa command. (This sub-clause does not apply on Anarchy servers with ports: 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143).
    • Building traps for the purpose of griefing. (This sub-clause does not apply on Anarchy servers with ports: 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143).
    • Setting a personal warp (/tpwarp) for the purpose of griefing. Punishment for violating this sub-clause - account ban for 1 day 12 hours + deletion of the warp/region.
    • Punishment - account ban for 1 day 12 hours.
    * PvP in the overworld is allowed.* Structures left without a private claim become common for everyone.
  2. Teleporting to a player (/tp) with the intent to kill is prohibited. (Even on Anarchy servers). Punishment - account ban for 2 days. (3 days 12 hours for Ultimate) + donation rank demotion.
  3. Creating structures that cause server lag is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
  4. Damaging the game world (territories without a private claim) is prohibited, namely:
    • Cluttering/destroying the world with many different blocks.
    • Spilling water and lava in large quantities.
    • Punishment - permanent account ban/donation rank demotion.
  5. Creating an obstruction for players near signboards while working as a loader (/gryz) and while another player is building (flying in front of them, interfering with placing/breaking blocks) is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 1 day.
  6. Deceiving players for coins/in-game items/clans in any quantity, under any pretext, is prohibited. (Even on Anarchy servers). Punishment - account ban for 2 days. (7 days for Ultimate) + deduction of all coins.
  7. (For Ultimate) Destroying players' regions without a valid reason is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 4 days.* This rule applies if a player has broken more than 10 blocks in a region.
  8. Using bugs/exploits of the server that yield profit (coins, resources, etc.) is prohibited. Punishment - permanent account ban.
  9. Building any genital organs/flags/symbols of ethnic hatred/expressing insults or profanity using structures is prohibited. Punishment - account ban for 2 days + region deletion.
